IMPACT ASSESSMENT

We prepare evidence for decision-makers on the advantages and disadvantages of policy options and their likely economic, social and environmental impacts , as well as the effects on fundamental rights and other issues.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES

These help public and private sector clients to decide whether or not to go ahead with a particular initiative. This usually involves an assessment of the costs and benefits and an analysis of the strategic context, as well as financial and other aspects.

This includes strategy and programme development and the design of appropriate performance measurement systems for public and private sector clients.

PROGRAMME & POLICY EVALUATION

We evaluate the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impacts and added value of a wide range of programmes and policies in such areas as enterprise support, justice and home affairs, research and innovation, and regional development. We have particular expertise in the evaluation of financial aspects of interventions and financial instruments (risk capital, loan schemes, etc).
